We are very sad to hear that Barb has passed. A wonderful friend who could always find the humour and share a laugh even when times were seemingly bleak. I can see her smiling face and hear her laugh when I think of her. I hope the memories will help comfort all of you because Im sure there is a multitude of wonderful ones. Uncle Jean-Paul, Danny, Doran, Tammy and Tara,

The news of Aunt Barbara’s passing was unsettling for all of us, yet, the news of a loved one passing away is never easy to understand or comprehend. We always wonder why does this happen to someone we love and adore so much?

While we all have fond memories of Barbara, I will always remember my aunt as a woman who cared for everyone that touched her life. Barbara was an angel that cared for all of her family no matter where they were in their lives. With a distinctive laugh, my aunt Barbara would light up a room with her beautiful smile and wonderful sense of humour.

With Aunt Barbara’s passing, I know that she is smiling down on us from above as we continue our own journeys through life, no matter where our paths will lead us. I am quite confident that my Aunt Barbara is now rejoicing as she reunites with her family now – her father Phil, her brother Raymond, her step father George, her sister Nancy, and her own mother Nancy.

With a heavy heart and tears in my eyes, please let Aunt Barbara rest in peace now – she has lived a full life and has touched each one of us in her own special way.

Dear JP and family,
How very sorry we were to hear of Barbara's passing. We first met her in high school and were fortunate enough to renew our friendship years later. Barbara was the epitome of everything that is good in the world. A caring, funny, loving soul who always put herself last. When we all went to Quebec City, it was Barb who kept us in tears, not from sadness but from her wonderful sense of humour. We are so very saddened by her passing.

Mr. Pelletier, Tara, Tammy, Doran, and Dan.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Pelletier. Your household was such a huge part of growing up for me. I remember her laugh, and the abundance of cows in the kitchen at the house in Sarcee Meadows. But truly, also as a teen, I remember her strength and determination. I was so interested in her adventure into homeopathy, as back then it wasn't as popular as now.
She was always welcoming to me, despite all of the "misshaps" that I did at your house that would have had other parents banning me for life lol. Tons of memories.
My thoughts and prayers are with you guys today.

To Barbara's family and friends my deepest sympathy. Barb has been in my thoughts and prayers since we got news that she was very ill. Knew Barbarbara since we were 13 years old at Centennila Rd PS. Then we spent 4 happy years in high school in the same form. Friendly, bubbly, sweet, gorgeous describe Barb. We will miss her in our 60's gals club. Love always!

I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to the Pelletier family.

It saddens me not to be there to say goodbye to Barb so I am writing this little note.

Barbara and I were cousins, we grew up together (next door neighbours) – she was my big sister and my friend. As children, we liked to tease Raymond, Nancy would sometimes step in and keep us in line. We would sing and dance in the driveway until we drove Aunt Nancy nuts. We had so much fun together. As time wore on and we grew up she became my confidant. We have shared many happy and sad memories together. Barb was a happy camper and always tried to make people smile. Her laugh was contagious..
I will miss her deeply.
